Ordering is easy!
When you are ready to place an order, contact us with one of the methods below. Please include:
- The name of the item(s) you'd like
- If you'd prefer a light wood or a dark wood (you can request a specific wood-type, and we will see if it's available)
- Your shipping address
- Your e-mail address (if you'd like to first approve a picture of your order before it's sent)
- Your phone number, in case we have questions.
Tax is already included in the item price, and we charge you only what it costs us to ship, so we will contact you with a final bill once your items are ready. You may pay with one of the methods listed below.
If we don't have your items in stock, please allow us two weeks to get them made for you.
*If you do not wish us to contact you with a final bill, you may choose to pay us when you order. Include $10.70 for Priority Mail Flat Rate shipping, but be advised that we will contact you to request the difference if shipping charges will be in excess of $10.70.

Payment
- Yes, we accept PayPal. We will send you a bill when your order is ready, or you may pay us immediately by going to PayPal.com and inputting our e-mail address (treeworks@treeworksidaho.com) *Note: if you prefer to pay when you order and do not wish to wait for a final bill that includes shipping, please include $10.70 to your total for Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping. We will contact you if shipping charges will be in excess of $10.70.
- We also accept checks. Please contact us through one of the above methods to get the mailing address.
Custom Orders
We'd love to create a unique product for you! We can wood-burn or engrave a personalization into your item to make it special, make an item longer or shorter than pictured, or create something completely new. Contact us with your ideas!
